Despite not having a single shred of Christmas anything in my apartment this is in fact the Christmas episode. Last year’s Christmas episode was about how to optimise gut health and not feel like a walrus, episode 56 - check it out. After the year we have had I decided this episode needed to be more about managing our emotions and how we feel about the experiences that we are going to have over the coming weeks and in this episode, you get to set yourself for doing what makes you happy instead of just going along with whatever has happened every year for the last, however many.
