Another guaranteed old ladies\\u2019 name is Bente.\\xa0Bent is the male version.\\xa0 Being named\\xa0Bent is a problem for Danes who travel, because in many English-speaking countries, \\u2018bent\\u2019 is old-fashioned slang for \\u2018gay.\\u2019 In those countries, if you hold out your hand and say, \\u2018Hi, I\\u2019m Bent,\\u2019 you may get an unexpected reaction.
