The mainstream media continues to spin the economy. If good job numbers or retail sales numbers come out they ignore. Same with the market – if the Dow struggles they lead with it and blame Trump. When the Dow does well – no mention whatsoever. The economy is the single most important thing to voters – the media knows this and they’re using it to shape opinion before the election. Texas Supreme Court Reminds Cities There Is No Pandemic Exception to the Constitution and joining us to give their expert opinion is Appellate Law expert Byron Henry.

For the next 8 days at least businesses in Harris County are required thanks to Judge Lina Hidalgo to implement a no mask no service policy. They can be fined if they do not comply. This is, in effect, a mask order that Governor Greg Abbott says is allowed under his Executive Order.

Business owners like Tee Allen who owns The Machine Shed in Kilgore aren’t happy. She says county judges are a problem. But she also blames Governor Abbott. She is one of more than 1,500 Texas business owners suing the Governor. Tee joins Jimmy and Shara to give us some more information on the ongoing situation.
