 Ep. #4: Happy Hump Day, everyone! This week I\'m talking about being under the influence............ of social media (not alcohol!). Hindsight 20/20, I should have recorded this episode with a glass of vino, just to be funny. But, despite the play on words here, I\'m getting into the cold hard truth that social media is taking over our society. Whether it\'s a fleeting trend, a social movement, straight news or a brand new product you just have to *swipe up for*, there has been a very evident shift in the societal pressures that come with your social media presence. I\'m guilty of using apps like Instagram to promote this podcast and I can also blame my quarantine shopping habits on the social media influencers, so maybe I\'m part of this problem. But is social media making the world a better place or is it causing more harm?
