Inspired by Gratitude (Attitude of Gratitude)

Published: Nov. 21, 2019, 8 a.m.

This week I am back in Jerusalem coming to you full of gratitude! I just attended a conference led by my eldest sister and the CEO of Temech, a powerful organization which supports female entrepreneurs. This week I was once again reminded of all that I have to be grateful for.\xa0

While I was sitting in the conference listening to all of these accomplished women, I noticed a trend. Every one of them emphasized gratitude and focused on the positive. I even met a woman in her 70's who was severely burnt in her 30's and now leads a nonprofit for burn victims. She credited gratitude to her recovery and how she was able to cope from the pain.

The whole day was so inspiring and I am incredibly proud of my sister. I wanted to share with you these insights because no matter what you may going through we can turn so many things around through the practice of gratitude. I am becoming more and more convinced that gratitude is key and that it is vital that we surround ourselves with positive people.
