In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, I wanted to come to you today and talk about the role of gratitude during this stressful time. Like you, I am balancing work, children, being home, and navigating my own mental health while the world is in a panic. I wanted to share with you how gratitude is helping me get through this difficult time.\xa0
Gratitude shifts our energy. Not only individually but it also has an impact on our energy collectively. Even if you just take thirty seconds today to feel gratitude you will make an impact in our collective energy (which we desperately need!). Fear is more dangerous right now than any virus. Now more than ever it is important for us to take care of each other and our own mental health.
I also wanted to remind you that anything can change instantly. We have seen how quickly things have shifted to tragedy. In the same sense, I want to present the idea that things can change for the good very quickly as well. We need to remember how lucky we are and how beautiful life was before. Take a look back and embrace how much we had to be grateful for.\xa0
