This week I had the extreme honor of connecting with the “Relationship Help Doctor” herself Dr.Rhoberta Shaler. She shares with us how we can transform our relationships even in the midst of struggling with mental illness. Dr. Shaler is the author of sixteen books, host of two podcasts, a Youtuber, and a consultant to families and individuals who feel at a loss in their relationships.
Dr. Shaler shares with us about different personality disorders and about the type of person she has named Hijackals\xae who are emotionally abusive. She gives us the warning signs of “Hijackals\xae” and action steps on how we can prevent these toxic relationships from harming us. We also dive into what we can realistically expect from these personality times long term.
There is often so much misunderstanding in relationships and the heartache that comes with it can be unbearable.
