b'Today, on the Sunday of the Samaritan Woman, the Gospel is read from John 4:5-42. In the abundance of richness in this Gospel, Father Micah shares one part of one line, "spirit and truth." Worship is central to humanity. The importance of worship is evident in the Old Testament as Israel shows concern for how people worship. The modern world condones the worship of God however seems comfortable and is contradictory to Scripture. One evidence of this is how the Israelites worshipped the golden calf at the base of Mount Sinai. Isaiah sees a vision of how God is worshipped with an altar, hymns, incense, and sacrifices. Father Micah concludes with a powerful image of what it means to worship in spirit and truth. He reflects on the Fifth Orthros Gospel and how it relates to the Divine liturgy, our journey into the God Kingdom, which we share with the world.'
