Published: Nov. 2, 2020, midnight

Monique Wells, the founder of @entreetoblackparis - a tour company that offers tours showcasing the contributions of Africans and people of African descent to the history and culture of Paris-, joins me for a third episode!

In this episode, she talks to us about her favourite Black French Creative, the writer Alexandre Dumas père, whose most famous works include The Count of Monte Christo and The Three Musketeers. Listen in as Monique shares some fun anecdotes from Dumas' life, tells us where we can find traces of him and his legacy in Paris and as we go off on a tangent about the Banque de France.

You can contact Monique at paris@entreetoblackparis.com to book a tour.
