It's MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK. We should look after our mental health every day of the year NOT just one week but we have to take what we can get; it could be worse there could have been no mental health awareness week.
Mental Health affects everyone no matter who you are, black, white, mixed-race anyone can get it. 1 in 4 of us have it. WE ALL NEED TO TALK ABOUT IT!
