The doctors and staff at THCF Medical Clinics/Presto Quality Care have helped more than 200,000 patients navigate their states\\u2019 cannabis laws and qualify for permits that allow them to legally possess, grow, and use medical marijuana.

The THC Foundation is made up of a network of medical clinics in 40 cities in stated including Oregon, Washington, California, Rhode Island, and Montana. Paul Stanford runs the Medical Gardens in Oregon, which provides medical marijuana patients with seeds and cuttings to grow their own cannabis. Paul Stanford is often a featured speaker at prominent cannabis-oriented conferences, forums, and festivals. He won the top three prizes at the 7th Oregon Medical Cannabis Awards in 2008. He earned these awards with the marijuana strains he grew organically at the outdoor THCF Medical Gardens.
