So much of our ability to enjoy and live a rich life comes down to our frame: how we interpret the ingredients and recognize \u201cwhat is.\u201d We also expect a TON from ourselves: We are constantly lamenting what we didn\u2019t do, the thing that we failed at, how we fucked up this or that thing in our life, where we are still falling short.
