This is an episode for starting to work your way out of a codependent relationship.\nWhen you\u2019re in a relationship that really doesn\u2019t make you feel better about yourself. Maybe it feels really unhealthy, or you know you\u2019re not rewarded or happy. But you can\u2019t leave \u2013 and you find yourself getting pulled back in again and again. This is also for anyone who is currently in a relationship with a person who they don\u2019t trust. Maybe you have had issues with them in the past \u2013 they blame you for the issues in the relationship, they make you feel insecure and that you\u2019re the crazy one.
