Also known as "Superstition on the Air" the program from 1935 consisted of a series of short stories that, based on meticulous research, explained the origins of many of the popular superstitions of modern life in the 1930's. The interesting thing is that many of these superstitions are still with us 92 years later! Audio Intro gives history of the program and introduces our two segments edited back to back... The Wish Bone and No News is Good News. The two segments are separated by a recreation of an actual commercial from the 1930's on a hypnotizing device!
