Fort Laramie - Epi 25 - Nature Boy - July 29, 1956 - Western Adventure
Fort Laramie series continues with our Episode #25 from July of 1956. Audio introduction on the track gives a brief overview of the historical significance of Fort Laramie. Producer Norman MacDonnell was a master when it came to westerns (Produced Gunsmoke too!) He was meticulous when it came to audio details... sound effects, music, which he used to make it all seem so real. Add to his talent the excellent vocal talent of the lead actors and the supporting cast and you have a very popular program... which this was. The only reason it did not continue was that Raymond Burr was offered a television role on CBS... Perry Mason... and that was that!
