Taking a Recess from Self-Judgment

b'Self-judgment is probably best understood spiritually as a form of inner motion. Particularly, as two forms of movement with respect to the dimension of truth: recollection and repetition. Recollection is understood as recovering a truth that is already present in the individual, which has been repressed or forgotten. This is a movement backwards, since it is retrieving knowledge from the past. This backward motion alone can never discover the dimension of truth. In contrast, repetition is defined as "recollection forward" which is definitive movement toward not only truth but love and freedom. The recess or time out we will be discussing tonight is about not going backwards without moving forward. This is only possible if we are observing or paying attention. ~Vecchio~'
