Ali has honed her skills as a manager through trial and error. She advices, \\u201cIt\\u2019s learning how to have honest conversations with people\\u2026 It\\u2019s not about the person, it\\u2019s about the behaviors. \\u201d

As a Certified Orthopedic Specialist since 1993, Ali works with a variety of difficult cases and utilizes her \\u201cSherlock Holmes-type\\u201d skills to find an answer. Jenna Kantor (co-founder) is a bubbly and energetic girl who was born and raised in Petaluma, California. Growing up, she trained and performed ballet throughout the United States. After earning a BA in Dance and Drama at the University of California, Irvine, she worked professionally in musical theatre for 15+ years with tours, regional theatres, & overseas (www.jennakantor.com) until she found herself ready to move onto a new chapter in her life \\u2013 a career in Physical Therapy. Jenna is currently in her 3rd year at Columbia University\\u2019s Physical Therapy Program.
