The Quest For Clarity In Understanding Individual Differences to Elevate Self-Esteem and Resilience

Published: Nov. 6, 2019, 10 a.m.

Our Dreamboard Social Club got bigger. Welcome Jenna to our growing club.

Today we had an amazing and insightful conversation with dyslexia researcher Elisheva Schwartz. Even though Eli's summer has been very busy and transformative , she has allowed us to have this interview with her.  Elisheva Schwartz or Eli as we can call her is a mother of two young children, an online business owner, a speaker, a workshop facilitator about topics in dyslexia, self-esteem and learning differences.

Today, Eli will share how owning your life experiences can start self-healing. She will also tell us about her podcast in understanding the significant strengths of learning differences, Parenting, and Dyslexia.

Inside this episode you will hear:

  • Why and how Eli made a career switch from Fashion to Science research
  • How did she start her Vlog
  • How her individual life experiences inspire her
  • Struggles and strengths of owning her story
  • Self-judgement and vulnerability
  • Why are we not succeeding in the way we like to succeed
  • How can we empower ourselves
  • Self-healing
  • Tips on how to overcome fear

Challenge:
Imagine how it would be like not to be afraid. Take that permission and allow yourself to be a complicated person. Own that grief, sadness, and pain for you to obtain gratitude, strength, and resilience.

Don't be afraid if you feel the fear of CRAP (Criticism, Rejection, Abandonment, Punishment)
