How do you respond to trouble? Do you sabotage yourhealth? Do you drain your emotional bank account?

Are an internally referencing person or externally referencing?

Which type of Vitamin C is right for you? Can Vitamin D help you achieve optimum health.

Vitamin C

As an immune system enhancer, vitamin C provides protection from oxidation, aging, cancer, and the harmful effects of pollution. It also prevents infections. It has been shown to reduce cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure, and prevent atherosclerosis.

Vitamin C is one of the most powerful and really important anti-oxidants. Use plain old ascorbic acid for people eating fat and protein rich diets, especially on the inflammation reducing programs.

If you are on a mostly a fruit and vegetable diet, use calcium ascorbate (not this product).

A healthy daily supply Vitamin C should include Bioflavonoids from varied natural sources, but for dealing with chronic pain and inflammation (the mini-scurvy) we need to supply a large dose of good old ascorbic acid.

Metabolic Group I requires the ascorbic acid form because it acidfies the slow oxidizer, but alkalizes the sympathetic. Metabolic Group II requires the calcium ascorbate form because it alkalizes the fast oxidizer and acidifies the parasympathetic. Among foods, brocolli is a Group I food and cauliflower is a Group II food.

Kinesiology

David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Institute for Advanced Spiritual Research, is an internationally known author, spiritual teacher, and authority within the fields of consciousness research and spirituality. His published works and recorded lectures have been widely recognized as unique in that a very advanced state of spiritual awareness occurred in an individual with a scientific and clinical background who was later able to explain the unusual phenomenon in a clear and comprehensible manner.
