Dr. Craig Beach is a board-certified general and forensic psychiatrist, forensic expert, health systems consultant, educator, and healthcare administrator. His depth of experience is enriched by his having trained and worked in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Clinically, Dr. Beach has fifteen years\\u2019 experience providing\\xa0 psychotherapy, medication management, diagnostic assessments, holistic mental health care, and innovative treatment strategies to people of all ages who are experiencing difficulties ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma and psychosis to relationship and personality challenges and substance use. Dr. Beach is highly experienced in mental health systems/evidence-based models of care, complexity (e.g., severe and persistent mental illness, complex PTSD), and safety/risk (e.g., suicide/self-harm, threats/violence).

As a forensic expert, he specializes in risk assessment and risk management, including in civil and criminal forensic mental health evaluations. Dr. Beach offers educational seminars and workshops locally, nationally, and internationally and he has multiple peer-reviewed publications in his field. Dr. Beach is available for in-person consultations and treatment, but much of his practice currently is done virtually via secure telehealth, which has become particularly essential since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stephanie is Open Mind Health's Chief of Quality and Client Experience and a Psychotherapist and life/executive coach with 20 years of experience treating individuals, families, and groups with mental health challenges such as trauma, addiction, helplessness, frustration, loss, guilt and compassion fatigue, and relationship issues.

She provides executive coaching/mentoring, life coaching, team implementation/team building and clinical supervision for individuals, leaders and teams having 10 years of experience in business administration and leadership (public and private sectors). \\xa0

She has a passion for working with diverse populations and a particular interest in neuro-diversity. Her style is kind and validating while being skilled at getting to the root cause of issues and creatively building empowering plans toward continuous improvement. She is frequently described as a mentor who holds your hand while she kicks your ass!
