Our guest is a local San Diegan (Imperial Beach) and is a community advocate and small business leader. He is a professional in the areas of business development and marketing with a passion for eldercare/senior healthcare. He is known as a master connector within his circle of influence, bridging the gap in social-economic inequality. His special interest is in educating and empowering innovative, diverse business owners to grow, develop, and scale.

As former President of the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce, San Diego, William has now elevated his scope to the National U.S. Chamber of Commerce. As founder of Kaizen Group International, his mission is to assist and support small business owners to redirect cash flow back into their companies by harnessing U.S. Federal and State R&D tax incentives, reducing energy utility costs, and fortifying the corporate veil, while developing the corporate EIN credit to access further funding opportunities. His vision is to level the playing field for small business owners to have the upper hand and to compete, as we pivot out of the pandemic.\\xa0

William\\u2019s community involvement includes the support for health and wellness within the Asian Pacific Islander (API), LGBTQ, and aging adult communities. Past experience reflects impact as an individual from San Diego County, as a long-term, elder-care ombudsman with focus on aging and independence services, and as a holder of a license in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE). William advocates for senior care policy and reform to prepare for the Silver Tsunami of baby boomers\\u2019 to peak in retirement. In an era of proactive and preventive care, his outlook now is to support and develop San Diego as a Blue Zone to accommodate those centurian citizens living beyond 100 years of age.\\xa0
