What is this? Aww man, this beer is infected. What do you mean it’s on purpose? There is bacteria in this changing its flavor. I don’t know what kind of bacteria, because it’s bacteria and you can’t pronounce it’s name without a graduate degree. Sure it tastes good, but that’s not the point, it’s SOUR! Today’s episode is all about sour beer, specifically the European styles. We’re going to get into what makes a beer turn sour, what styles use this to their advantage, and a little into the history of sour beer. So come in, and Have a Drink!
