I found myself in a useless debate with a conspiracy theorist the other day.  You know, these dummies that think the terrorist attack on September 11 was an "inside job", or they think the Covid-19 virus is fake.   They all tend to believe the same BS and even if you show them proof that disproves their nonsense, they just quickly change the subject.  It can be infuriating and maddening dealing with people like this so my best advice is to not engage with them. Smile politely, walk away slowly, and limit your conversations with them to the weather (although they\'ll probably start talking about how the government influences the weather.
