I don't mind listening to conservatives speak about their beliefs on certain issues or how the US should be governed. Public discord is a healthy thing and should be practiced. But man, listening to a lot of conservatives complain that they are being persecuted for their beliefs is kind of patronizing. It's like, "dude, no you're not being persecuted". You are sitting in front of your computer talking hella shit about about the world. There is no one knocking your door down to arrest you and execute you. what you are experiencing is a little something called, "criticism". It's a healthy ideological tactic that calls out your bullshit ideas and prevents them from going unchallenged. Once you put some b.s idea out in the internet, prepare to defend it. If you can't, then your idea isn't worth squat.
