Carolyn is the owner of Carolyn Viggh Health and Wellness Coaching where she serves clients in a one-on-one setting through fitness training, nutrition and meal planning, body image coaching, and lifestyle coaching. Her approach to fitness is weight-neutral, anti-diet and encourages joyful movement and body acceptance to optimize physical health without sacrificing mental and emotional wellbeing. After 3 years of building up clients and working part-time as a personal trainer while also holding down other jobs, Carolyn is now full-time working as a personal trainer for her own business.
