Subjects of Value

In this series, we face the tension of our present reality head-on, which Jesus described as being in this world, but not of it. The Colossian church was made up of believers who were under the rule of a Roman kingdom, but with the coming of the gospel their eyes were opened to the existence of a much greater Kingdom: the Kingdom of God. This series seeks to show how the transfer of our citizenship from an earthly kingdom to a heavenly one directly impacts our status, identity, and values as we live in light of being rescued into God’s family.
