Although identifying a suspect, securing an indictment, and making an arrest took only about two weeks, the charges didn\\u2019t stick. Likely, because the person who witnessed the crime take place was a child and the accused\\u2019s lawyer was the slickest ticket in town, Doug Tinker. Even after advancements in DNA make developing a profile from a minute amount of biological material possible, Kathy\\u2019s case remains unsolved. And she is not the only victim. Part 2 of 2.
