The kidnapping and murder of a 4-year-old Orange, Texas girl, Dannarriah Finley, on July 4th was one of those cases. Though police from multiple jurisdictions and the FBI worked the case hard, collecting an impressive amount of evidence, including DNA, Dannarriah\\u2019s killer continues to elude justice.
