Dan is a member of the British Medical Association and MDU. Within his NHS role, he is the co-lead for Burns surgery in the east of Scotland and heavily involved in the NHS Gender Reassignment surgical pathway nationwide. He is one of the leading specialists in Plastic and reconstructive Surgery in the U.K. and trained in multiple locations including London, Salisbury, Canniesburn and Edinburgh as well as completing fellowships in the USA.
