Today is International Woman’s Day and so we wanted to bring together an array of inspirational women to chat about what the day means to them, alongside having a chat about the theme this year which is #BalanceForBetter which is all about driving gender balance across the globe. We look at gender balance not just from the traditional perspective, but rather focus on it from an inclusive perspective.
