Dealing with stress Management Tips & Strategies

Stress is a part of life, it's how we deal with it that's most important. This year has been full of uncertainty, stress and emotions for most of us and finding new stress busters and coping strategies has become even more important.

I'm not talking about lighting candles and breathing but on a more action-based level to create positivity and progress, not shrink away from overwhelming tasks.

I had to remind myself with the recent changes to my business that I'm blessed not stressed. Which reminded me of an episode I did a year ago, around a similar time.
