We all know the saying new year - new you. And if you\\u2019re reading this right now you\\u2019re probably thinking, 2021 is the year that you\\u2019ll finally get pregnant and have your baby.

So you start with diet changes, dust off your yoga mat, and commit to meditation. You\\u2019re on a roll for the first couple of weeks and then LIFE gets in the way and in comes self-sabotage.

And you give up. It\\u2019s not your fault. The average person gives up their new year\'s resolution by January 19th.

I know you\\u2019re thinking \\u201cI\\u2019m a type-A, action taker and a doer by nature\\u201d - I\\u2019ll push through\\u201d.
