Grippers. Welcome back. Been a crazy week. People talking about the peak like they couldn’t get there fast enough. More so than you’d hear hippies dropping brown acid on the lawn during Woodstock.

Wow. 30 seconds in and we’re talking elicit drugs. Lets do this.

Here with @Zengy. I met Steve about a decade ago. These days, we don’t see each other enough, but when we do, there’s probably golf and cigars involved. Always great banter and wise tales over libations and laughter. He’s a beautiful man! That his all.
Steve Zehngut. Welcome to Get a Grip.

When was the last time you were forced to do something for a month? I’m having a hard time remembering short of my time in the Navy. The played that game a lot. When was the last time you forced yourself to do something for 30 days. Good or bad. Where the results what you expected.

Things don’t happen overnight. It takes time and commitment, whether forced by outside forces, or something you yourself discipline your self towards and actually execute. The time goes by no matter what, so why not commit to positive changes.

If anything, the last 30 days has taught me how to better connect with old acquaintances, I started a show for crying out loud. It has also taught me how quickly I can eat my weight in peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Take the time today to plot out your next 30-days. Add something awesome you want to accomplish, and I bet, that it will be easier than you think, to make progress towards that goal. You have to start somewhere, why not start today?

Until next time, get a grip!
