Mae Thomas is not your average podcaster. Her production company, Maed In India, produces their flagship show with the same name as well as many high-quality podcasts from all over India. She started in radio and transitioned skillfully into podcasting with a hunger for innovation and exploration. Mae embraces, no, demands, that the unique characteristics of podcasting be exploited to their fullest for the listener’s benefit. And this is where most of our conversation pitches its tent.
