Yes, that is a sadly accurate summary. If you need more convincing, Tears for Fears attacks Lea Thompson and the principal from Ferris Bueller turns into a dark lord of the universe. This goes from a bad Roger Rabbit to a high-budget Evil Dead, and I’m not sure if that makes it better or worse.
