In this week's episode we explore two films from the 70's. The Godfather (Coppola 1972) depicts the complexities of family in the 1940's for members of the Italian mob. Taxi Driver (Scorsese 1976) showcases the rough and decaying streets of New York City post-Vietnam War. Robert De Niro and Al Pacino shine in these career solidifying roles and manage to rock some great do's while they're at it. Plus we threw in a little Shark Tale commentary, as a bonus.
