Carole Cadwalladr and Professor David Carroll are both well known voices against what they see as Facebook\\u2019s wrongdoing. They were two founding members of a group called The Real Facebook Oversight Board, launched just three weeks before Facebook\\u2019s official Oversight Board started work last year.

\\n

Since then they\\u2019ve used the media to get their message out about everything from Facebook\\u2019s handling of the US election to the problem of vaccine misinformation on the company\\u2019s platforms.

\\n

Outside the Real Facebook Oversight Board, Carole is a well-known journalist who broke the Cambridge Analytica scandal, and David Carroll was seen in the Netflix documentary The Great Hack trying to get his data back from Cambridge Analytica.
