Welcome to Gay Travel Today! I’m Teraj and I’ll be your guide as we explore, engage and indulge in the world of LGBTQ+ travel today. If you’re missing your friends and those weekend catch-ups over omelettes and unlimited mimosas, it’s relatively easy to replicate those boozy brunches at home while supporting local restaurants affected by COVID-19. Here's a few steps to get those bottomless mimosas flowing. First, you gotta make it official and send a virtual brunch invite to your friends. Send it via Paperless Post or another digital invite platform. Next up, you gotta set a date and time and then direct them to the local restaurant that you're supporting and be sure to send them a link to the menu. Then, all you have to do is go live on Zoom and cheers your friends as you brunch it up. Social connection while physical distancing is especially crucial for us as human beings as we're wired for relationships and companionship. By having virtual Zoom brunches you’re not only supporting local restaurants but you might be helping a friend in dire need of social connection during these times. If you’re already having virtual brunches with your friends, go ahead and send us some of your tips too. Feel free to share a screenshot of you brunching it up and #GayTravelToday and also #Sagitravel. Also follow me on Instagram at @teraj08 and also follow the provider of this awesome content, @sagitravelfriendly and remember to use the Gay Travel Skill to book your next destination and also get those much needed up-to-the-date travel advisories.
