Heather Demarteau Fast is a Silverton business owner of Stamen and Pistil, a local plant shop. Heather grew up in love with the natural world. She grew up on a farm and followed through with her passion of nature by getting a degree in horticulture and landed a job working at the Oregon Gardens and worked there for ten years. She decided to jump into her dream a few years ago. With a small loan of a thousand dollars.
