The Women in Business Series has been so much fun.  It has been inspiring and a blessing to hear these stories of creativity and perseverance.  Evann is an ambitious woman up for the challenge of improving the food children eat.  Fresh and Local is the brand and it is not always easy to keep to the core principles, but they guide the mission and keep it moving the right direction.  Some tough decisions are made and profit is left on the table because of the mission.  I just loved Evann and her story.  I am sure you will also.
