Being a Good Citizen - Taking Responsibility

Speaker: Jeff Jarvis Sometimes life really is unfair, isn’t it? You do all that work, and someone steals the credit. You give and give to a relationship and the other person never seems to reciprocate. Drivers seem to cut you off, people make you late. Family/friends always seem to take his or her side. These situations remind me of something Jesus once said, "...anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye - even your good eye - causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell." Lol. How does this passage have anything to do with those situations I mentioned? You’ll see! We’re exploring ways to be a better citizen so invite a friend and hit the gym Sunday morning. We’ll see you there. To donate to this podcast and support the making of more of these please visit www.friendschurch.ca/podcast
