Cocktail (1988) and Coyote Ugly (2000)

As suggested by one of our Twitter followers, since the ban on alcohol in South Africa has been lifted, we decided to do movies about drinking. What we didn't know is that these movies are highly tied to the idea of the American Dream and how it is perceived by different generations. Simone and Chad go into a deep dive on the cultural ramifications of being told "you can have it all if you just work hard enough" and they do it through the guise of drinking movies.
