The words of Nehemiah son of Hakaliah: In the month of Kislev\xa0in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa, Hanani,\xa0one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant\xa0that had survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem. 1. When the problem came, He TOOK PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

2. When he fully grasped the situation, he ASKED FOR HELP.

When our enemies heard that we were aware of their plot and that God had frustrated it,\xa0we all returned to the wall, each to our own work. Nehemiah 4:6-15 (NIV)

\xa03. When opposition came, he STAYED FOCUSED.

Stop giving attention to the voice of opposition and stay focused on the good work God has put in front of you.

When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God. Nehemiah 6:16 (NIV)

Too often we are waiting for the miraculous and God is just waiting for faithfulness.
