Title: Living a Godly Life
\n\xa0
\n(2 Peter 1:1-2) (NLT) This letter is from Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ. I am writing to you who share the same precious faith we have. This faith was given to you because of the justice and fairness of Jesus Christ, our God and Savior. May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.

\n(2 Peter 1:3) (NIV) His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
\n\xa0
\n(2 Peter 1:4) (NIV) Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
