BALANCING INTUITIVE EATING WITH VIBRANT HEALTH.     

 Welcome to episode 14 of the Free Spirit Academy podcast with Ashae Sundara, formerly known as Carly Morgan Gross.   Ashae is somebody I've followed for many years in the online space but I knew her in the beginning as Carly Gross. In my earliest days of coaching, I actually reached out to her for advice because I was seeing a lot of women stuck in the intuitive eating space and I KNEW there was a way to feel totally free around food and incredibly vibrant and well - without being a crazy person. And from what I could see, Carly (I'll refer to her as such when I'm speaking from that time) was doing just that with her clients.   Her take on food freedom and body love mirrored my own and in the last year, I've seen her grow her message to one of embodying our highest selves and using sexuality and intimacy as a tool for awakening. With every evolution of her work, I've seen her become more and more HERSELF which is, at it's heart, what this podcast is all about.
