Alla Weinberg is an Executive Leadership Coach at a large tech company here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her life passion is to fundamentally change how we work by shifting the organizational focus from "getting things done at any cost" to cultures that nurture collaborative relationships between people who are showing up with their passions, fears and delightful complexity.
