Have you come to the place where you have too much month at the end of the money, and you're worried to death?

Have you gotten word that your company is downsizing and you're worried that you're going to lose your job, and you're wondering what you're going to do now?

Jesus is asking this question, "Have you added one inch of growth to your body or one dollar to your bank account by worrying?"

When a man came to Jesus about his son who had convulsions for years, he said to Jesus, "But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us."

Jesus reply to him was amazing!

“If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

How to Grow Your Faith

The man's reply to Jesus is so similar to our response today. “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

The boy had battled these convulsions for so many years that the father was having trouble wrapping his mind around the fact that he really could be healed.

And this is like how many of us are today!

• Just like the disciples, how many of us are worried about the storms of life when Jesus is lives in us?
  • How could the storm destroy the disciples when Jesus was in the boat?
  • How can life's circumstances destroy you when Jesus lives in you?
• Just like Peter, how many of us get our eyes off of Jesus and find ourselves sinking?

"Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:1-2

Don't get your eyes off of Him, you can't conquer this without Him!

Faith grows, but we have to resource it.
