Getting to the Good Life with Fitness

Let's discuss fitness and how to achieve over 40.  I've found that my blueprint for success in this area requires me to focus on my spiritual, mental and physical health.  You have to have all three in order to have lasting success.  In this episode we dig deep into the action steps that our host takes in each area to move into the good life.  Some of the key activities incuded on this journey are daily devotions, therapy, keto and running.
