Travis welcomes Tori Fox for episode one in a new series: Star Wars in Pop Culture!

In this episode, Travis and Tori discuss the Star Wars skits of Saturday Night Live!

From 1978 to 2020, SNL has had a rich history of Star Wars parodies including early hits like Nick the Lounge Singer and Carrie Fisher's monologue/beach skit leading all the way into the last couple years with Lando's Summit and Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base.

And did you know there is a skit from 2002 featuring Darrell Hammond as George Lucas, Seth Myers as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Tracy Morgan as Mace Windu, and Josh Hartnett as the lead singer of N'Sync? How about the Luke Perry monologue from 1993 when Obi-Wan shows up to help him with his jokes?

Come along as we relive some of our favorite moments and discover some rarely-discussed skits!
