Vegan Beer Festival but also curates the food and booze at all of Goldenvoice's major festivals- including Coachella and FYF Fest (which is this weekend.)  We talk to him about all extra focus that music festivals are paying to their food nowadays and the thought process that goes into choosing the vendors for massive festivals like Coachella and FYF.  Nic also talks a little about what it was like growing up on the Sunset Strip as the son of legendary club owner/music manager/record producer Lou Adler and how things have changed food wise over the years.
